By using a user profile field set up with a dropdown menu there seems to be no way to leave it blank with Tsync. So if there are three menu options: A,B,C, then there has to be one of them in the csv file. Although it's possible to leave the field blank by manually creating users as it's not a required field.
Do I miss something or is this s bug?
