Hi Sam,
Apologies for the delay in responding. There is a known issue with the DB HR import specifically with naming conventions, for which we have a patch ready for release week beginning 20th April. We will also be working on updating our Helpsite info and will provide a comprehensive guide for the functionality shortly before the 20th.
