Hi Alan,

I don't think there is an easier way to get to a specific URL than the method you suggested (clicking new window on the link). However one extra tip - after you've done that if you click the "Show" link in the top left of the page, it will restore the full help navigation while keeping you on the page you selected. That can be used to link to pages properly like this:
