Its not possible to undo the upload, but it will be possible to override existing completion data, unfortunately there is a bug filed for this functionality - Ill link this thread to the ticket so you will be informed of its progress. 

We are looking at enabling the editing of completion data in 2.9, but this work is very much in the planning stage at the moment.
