sorry for my question but I'm a bit confused.

I can link a competency with a course.

When user completes this course is it possible that the competency is linked to this user as acquired? Is there a report to show this? And is it possible to assign a scale for this acquired competency?

Important I don't want to use Learning Plan to do this.
