Hi Juanita,

Its not possible to merge accounts in Totara in the way you are suggesting, although there is a plugin which could do something similar - but we dont support it. I'd advise you to contact your partner if you wish to pursue this route.

Its very likely something has gone amiss with the import procedure - updating the username & email is straightforward enough, but I think what's happened is the introduction of a new user idnumber which has created a new record. One way to resolve the issue would be to identify which account is no longer used, export course completion records, delete the account and then import the data into the live account as historical course completions.
