Hi there, 

Is there a way to load learning history in Totara?  We are coming from another LMS system and would like to know if there is a way to load users previous learning history.  I don't immediately see a connector under HR Import.

Hi John

Yes it is possible to upload learning history through the Upload Comletion records under Site Admin > Courses > Upload Completion records.

This requires a CSV with the columns username,courseshortname,courseidnumber,completiondate,grade from the old system. When a match is found with an existing course then the record is shown as passed with Recognition of prior learning.

It is also possible to import completions of certificates  - see http://help.totaralms.com/Manage_Certifications.htm#Upload_Completion_Records for more details on this.
