Hi Cherise,
Only the course grades are archived, the activity grades are not.
From the Learner’s perspective the previous course completion grades can be seen in their RoL>Courses, there will be a number in the Previous Completions column which will link to the previous grades. Similarly from the Manager/Admin point of view they are available via the Learner's RoL.
There is also a "Record of Learning Previous Course Completion" report source in which you can set filters etc for a more general overview.
