We are currently in the process of trying to get the HR Import to work and load our users. In the CSV file we are using to import the users, the userID's are in uppercase.. however, after they are imported and into the system, they have become lower case. Is there any way to change this so that they will remain uppercase?

Thank you for getting in touch with this query I also notice that you raised the same query in a different forum and that this was answered there.
However in case you didn't see this reponse and just so this is clear, Userids can only be lowercase and therefore any uppercase letters will be changed to lowercase during the import.
