There seems to be an inconsistency when viewing a learner’s record of learning: certifications.

When I click on a course within the learner's record of learning certification. It behaves one of two ways.

1st if the certification is not yet completed it will pull up the information related to the learners course sets. As an admin or manager with the appropriate roles I am able to mark individual courses within the sets as completed (similar to marking a completion by RPL.

2nd if the certification is completed it will pull up my information related to my course sets and not the learners. On this screen I am able to unmark course completions within the course sets but this is not what I am expecting since I am looking at a learner’s record of learning and somewhere along the way it switched to my own record.

It seems that this probably is not intended behavior?

Is this a bug in 2.9.1?
