Privilege to edit details on existing Certification

Hi,

I want to create a role that is able to assign audiences to an existing certification.

I've used the following privileges, but I still can't see the "Edit program details"-button I can see as administrator.

The users are assigned to the role (on a system level) and other privileges (like managing audiences) work.

Does anybody have an idea what I need to do to achieve this?

at the moment I've used none

It might be worthwhile finding a role which can edit certs, then comparing the 'Check system permissions' page.
