Goals Versus Appraisals

In the Totara Menu items the link to Goals an Appraisals appear to go to the same place. EG both lead to goals.

Is this normal? I am looking at implementing appraisals on our 2.9.6.1 site

Hi Peter,

If Appraisals are enabled and set up, the main menu link will go to your most recent appraisal. If you don't have any assigned, it goes to goals. Goals is considered a sub-element of "appraising" staff.
