Hi,

I'm seeking clarification.  I need to make a change to a dynamic audience which is currently assigned to a program to remove a small number of learners from the program.  Before I do this I just want to make sure that the change will only remove these learners from the program and not resend any of the messages to the learners that remain enrolled, i.e. Enrolment Message, or impact on current completions.

Here's some info about the program:

• There's approx. 645 users enrolled via a Dynamic Audience
• There is no end date assigned to the Dynamic Audience, so the intention is that members will continually join the group when they start employment
• Program completion date is within 1 month of program enrolment
• The program was made available 4^th October, so it's been going for a couple of weeks
  

• Program messages are setup and include:

  • Enrolment Message
  • Program Due Message – 1 week before program is due
  • Program Overdue Message – 1 day after program due
  • Program Completed Message
