Hi,
I have an appraisal containing 1 stage and the Complete By date set as today, 8th August 2014. I opened the appraisal this morning to complete it (as a learner) and it said 'Overdue'. I would have expected the appraisal to be classified as Overdue on the 9th August 2014, not the final day of completion. Is this the way it should work?

This is a bug - thanks for spotting - I've filed a bug, if its not in this release it should (barring unforseen complications) make it to the next one.
