Unable to download course completion report

Hi,

I've been unable to download a 'course completion report' - see attached screenshot. 

I've tried downloading in both formats (excel compatible and utf).

I have no problem downloading it from my home PC, but it doesn't work while I'm inside my work network. 

Downloading other reports from the Totara site from inside my work network is also fine. It's just this one report that I can't download from work.

Is there a setting that I can change, or, does anyone have any other ideas please.

Hi Ali

Can you try this using another browser such as Firefox to see if this is a browser related problem.

If this works there may be some security settings in Internet Explorer preventing downloads or possibly if using IE9 there may be some browser compatibility issues.
