Hi Amir,

I haven't heard of that issue before - are you able to share the module and we can do some testing at this end?

Do you know what SCORM version the module was developed for?

I found some discussion on this problem at http://moodle.org/mod/forum/discuss.php?d=156687#p703299

The possible causes and remedies discussed were popup blockers, javascript errors and custom themes.
