We don't specificaly support exporting to Jasper Reports at the moment. There are currently a couple of options though:

1. Export to excel and create graphs in excel.

2. There is a Google Fusion plugin for report builder that when set up allows you to export the data to Google Fusion, which also supports some graphical views. You should be able to test that out on the demo site by creating a new report, then clicking export to google fusion (you'll need a google account to sign in with).

We would like to add graphical reporting to report builder at some point to allow you to create your own graphs within Totara.
