Hi Martinique,

The first place I would check, if you have migrated from MSSQL to MySQL, is that the

mdl_dashb

mdl_dashb_instance

mdl_dashb_instance_dashlet

tables all migrated across successfully with data. There should at least be one record in mdl_dashb in your new MySQL database - roleid 5,  shortname field  'mylearning', title 'My Learning'. If the mdl_dashb records are missing in the original MSSQL then we'll have to try something else...
