SCORM activity report - score or time missing....

We downloaded the SCORM activity report and looking through list of users & scorm courses, and found some weird behavior.
For the same scorm course with same course ID and users taking the course on the same date

- users would have a status of "Passed" without a score, and some with a score.
- users with SCO start time, status of "Passed", and with a score, however the SCO total time is missing.

Does it happen to anyone and any idea how this happened?

Hi Mei,

This often has to do with how the SCORM itself was setup; what was required to achieve a passing score, what the user needed to do for completion, did they close out rather than hitting the end button, etc. 

If this is still an issue, please contact your Totara partner company to get technical assistance as a more through review may be required than the forums provide.
