We have one for managers, one for staff... a bit complicated because we use the learning plan default to populate expected courses etc., but don't use programmes. We're on 2.4.19. No fancy formatting or presentation, just standard word and some screenshots - which makes the files too large to upload here. email me: Kitty.Marshall@ccdhb.org.nz and I'll send that way. 

We find we have to keep updating these to keep pace with system changes, and also that most people would rather speak to us than read about how to. That's a lot of talking with 1,000 staff!
