Hi Amanda,

By scheduling a report you can get the information to come to you in Excel, text (CSV) ODS format, or Google Fusion tables if enabled, via email. So it is a good time saving measure to avoiding having to go into Totara and run/view the report each time you need it.

But to get started, go to My reports > choose report source from the drop down list and Add a Scheduled Report.

From there you can specify:

• Data - you may have previously saved a search in which you had applied some filters
• Export - choose format in which you wish to receive it
• Schedule - daily,weekly, monthly

Note: You can only schedule reports which the user is already entitled to view and the report can only be sent to yourself .e.e the user who creates it.

We have plans to improve this in future so that users can define which email address the report will be sent to.
