Hi I'm a new Totara user and I have read the manual regarding the manual sync. But I have the following questions.

1. When you upload a .CSV is this only synced once? Or does it sync every time the file is changed?
2. The manual says: 'Note: to sync positions and organisation hierarchies you must have the frameworks and types already set up in the system.' What does it mean by 'frameworks'? I want to sync organisation and positions.
3. Has anyone got a sample of the fields in a .CSV? i.e. username, Position, organisation.
