Where can i find documentation to provide to staff of how to create and navigate through the reporting functionality.
Also the train the trainer courses seem to have broken links:

Is there a way i can have a copy of the train the trainer course to put onto our totara instance?

Also is there any documentation on setting up roles and what each of the capability guides is used for?
Information on the hierachies and how the structure works would be helpful as well.

The information on v1.1 is available at help.totaralms.com and click on the Help for v1 and v1.1 link
I have fixed all the links to the new help file (hopefully haven't missed any)
The links to the help file have now moved to help.totaralms.com/totara_v1.1_help/ to make way for the version 2 help files.
I will ask about giving you access to the training course as a subscriber.

Theer is some documentation for partners - this is just a copy of the contents in the help file so doesn't give anything extra.
There was also some documentation on creating report sources that hasn't been completed. I can't think of anything else at the moment - this is an area that does need more documentation.
