Hi All,
I am wanting to create a test/quiz within our LMS and I understand we have the functionality to do this.
Can anyone help/support me in how I do this or point me in the direction of a user guide to help me with this. I am also wanting to run reports on this for who has completed it and the score they achieved?

There is a fair amount of info on Quizzes in the help site:

Just search for "Quiz".
Also there is a comprehensive reporting guide, if you have multiple activities within a course its possible to have a breakdown of completion details. Search for "Course Reports".
