Hi Belinda,

After a brief discussion we feel that as long as you are not changing any data it should be possible to edit the template text and effect a change globally - though testing it by doing it might be the way forward.

Hi Belinda,

Amir is right on this - the change in the template will only effect new copies, the old ones will have to be edited.
