How does an administrator manually complete a single learner enrolled on a course without making it a mandatory requirement for the administrator to complete all learners?

Hi Jo,
An admin can already complete a single learner without having to complete all learners. There are a few ways to do this but probably the best would be to to use the Completion Progress report and edit the RPL (Required Prior Learning) field which will over-ride any completion criteria in a given course.
