Hi Peter,

Looking at your completion tracking set up, I can say that your users have to complete Quiz and/or have to complete an entire course with the min grade of 70%. Completion settings for individual activities are available when you edit an activity. In your case, 70% is not a Quiz grade (as you probably think), but an entire course grade.
