Hi Guys, 

I am using a 2.5 platform and have been working with the 360 feedback element. There are 2 real queries I have with the functionality;

1. When a Manager requests feedback on behalf of any of their Learners the Learner is able to see the respondents name  as well as the manager. Is there any way to make the completed responses anonymous from the learner? I still want them to see any responses that they request. 

2. When a Learner has received multiple 360 feedback responses is there any way that they can be added to a cumulative score? So if there are 10 numeric scale questions in the form and its completed several times can the system produce an average to these?

Has anyone encountered the same query and found a way around this?
