is it possible to assign a new user somehow automatically to a certain user theme? We will have several clients and we want to customize their themes with their brands ON OUR CLOUD portal.
p.s. is there some good tutorial on adding new themes to Totara or are there some new themes available for T2.4?

Its not possible to assign individual themes, each instance will have a consistant site-wide theme. Multi-tenancy isnt possible at the moment but it is being looked at.
There are no new themes in 2.4, but there are some improvements to the appearance of Totara connected with functionality and design. There is some guidance to theming here:

Can I install whatever theme that is on Moodle 2.4 on Totara 2.4 or are there some special procedures for installing Moodle 2.4 theme?
I am also interested in copying many standard totara themes and make custom themes for different clients. How is that possible the easiest way?
