Hi Sue,
If you are using 2.2 Edit the f2f session, then go into Edit settings under the Facetoface administration and you will see the Reminder message section with a drop-down box for specifying the Days before message is sent.
In 2.4 Facetoface administration>Notifications then add, and the days can be set there.
