Can anyone help or advise how I can create a new course and make it visible and accessible to Senior Booking Administrators and also Booking Administrators but then hide from everyone else in the organisation?

If I hide the activity only Senior Booking Administrators can view etc and I would rather not change permissions for all my Bookings Administrators to Senior Booking Administrators.

Any help or advice will be greatly appreciated.

Hi Raisa, you need to edit the permissions of "Bookings Administrators" to ALLOW View hidden courses.

 

(site admin, users, permissions, define roles then edit against "Bookings Administrator"
