The reports your refer to, which report builder reports are they and how does the in these reports data relate? (perhaps easier to explain as, what do you want to see)

When you say feedback evaluation to what exactly are you referring?

Just to confirm, it sounds like you want one page that shows related information, and that can be read/printed.
