Hi,

I'm wondering whether it's possible to show on a single chart completion by status of a single course, comparing multiple organisations, when it's a certain layer in the organisation that you want to group by. Let's say this is the org hierarchy in our system:

Top Layer 1 (Org Framework)

2nd Layer A

3rd Layer

2nd Layer B

3rd Layer

2nd Layer C

3rd Layer

2nd Layer D

3rd Layer

Top Layer 2 (Org Framework)

Etc

I would like the X axis on a single chart to show completion data (Is Complete, Is in Progress, Is not Yet Started) for one course, per 2nd Layer organisation (so A, B, C and D).

No problems doing individual charts for each 2nd layer organisation, but I would like them all on one chart for ease of use and viewing by our leadership team.

We're on Totara V 2.9.18

Hi Michelle,

I have raised a similar feature request found here for this.

There is a workaround to achieve this sort of report by using Organisation Types and Custom Fields. Assign the all the second-level organisations the same type or custom field, then create a report to count completions based on that type/field.
