When you click to Choose Manager > Do a Search > The result list that comes back has 2 entries per result.  The second entry contains a line that says 'Create Empty Job Assignment'.  Is there a way to hide this result from the result list?  We do not want user to click this as it will break some existing code customizations we have that rely on the user only having 1 job assignment.
