I'm pleased to announce the release of Totara 2.4.0 today.
This release is based on the Moodle 2.4 code base which introduces a number of improvements over 2.2:

It also introduces a number of significant new Totara features:
- Open badges
- Face-to-face improvements
- Learning plan evidence
- External database plugin for Totara sync
- Multiple learning plan templates
- Report builder performance improvements

Since this is a major upgrade please take care to ensure you have full backups as described in the UPGRADE.txt and MOODLEUPGRADE.txt files that come with the release.
As always we will continue to support older releases with regular bug fixes, however new features will only be added to the latest release.
