Totara 2.5.13 is a "security" release, because it includes a fix for potential security vulnerabilities. We recommend upgrading your site to this release.

Note this release also includes a patch to, where possible, retrieve any data that may have been lost in the recent completion criteria data-loss bug. If you are upgrading from an affected version of 2.4 - 2.4.18 and 2.4.19 only - then you should make sure you run the cron on the old code and database BEFORE you upgrade to 2.5.13.

Upgrades from any other version, including affected versions of 2.5, simply upgrade as normal.
