Hi everyone!

We are happy to announce that the first Totara Social release of 2016 - Totara Social 2.3 - is out! This is a relatively small snapshot release with a minor improvement and several bug fixes.

Starting with this release we will be gradually upgrading third-party libraries and the core codebase to improve support for PHP7, however at this point we would not recommend running Totara Social on PHP7. We will keep you updated on our progress over the following releases.
