Totara Social 2.13 release is out! This release contains a number of bug fixes and some library updates.

Bug fixes:
    TS-986     Added version downgrade checks during system upgrades
    TS-1061    Fixed autofocus not working on TinyMCE editor fields
    TS-1027    Removed pixel-based breakpoint to prevent the unnecessary collapsing of the
               navigation menu
    TS-1063    Fixed an issue when email notifications were being sent to suspended users
    TS-993     Fixed an issue where email digests were not being sent to anyone when one
               of the recipients had disabled email notifications

Backported fixes from Mahara:
    SMTP password should be a password field in Site options (Bug #1639665)

Third party libraries updates:
    Updated TinyMCE to version 4.5.0
    Updated MobileDetect to version 2.8.24
    Updated jQuery File Upload plugin to version 9.14.0
