ROL exporting for individuals

ROL exporting for individuals

Hi,

I am needing to export ROL reports for specific individuals with a full record of certifications, programs, courses etc.

How is this possible with out logging in as the person and exporting it?

Hi Kate

If you type in yoursite name/totara/plan/record/index.php?userid=8 then you should get the ROL for the user with the userid of 8 - You might need to create a report that lets you search by user name and display their userid.

Each individual tab on the ROL  is available as a report source but this seems to be the only way to display all the these on a single report.

Hi,

that seems very complicated for a major functionality that an LMS should be able to produce easily. Can this please be investigated further for an actual solution.

Hi Kate

There is an easier way than typing in the URL , 

To see another users ROL-

  1. Browse for the user 
  2. Click on the link to their profile (you need to be logged in as someone with permissions to view others profile) 
  3. Select Record of Learning
ROL
We will be doing some work in the future on the ROL which will help here - this will discussed in the suggest features forum but still a long way off.
