My impression is the files weren't copied correctly. Have you retried?

May not be the issue, but make sure in your config.php file that your site data directory location is set correctly to your pre upgrade sitedata location.

Hi Chris,
This might just be a problem with unzipping the folder. Make sure its not in a sub-folder.
