Hi There,

I'm creating a bunch of new courses that will be used to populate a variety of programmes. Unfortunately the new courses in the sub category keep losing the arrows to move items up and down the list and the ability to sort the list (see image below). I checked the 'move courses' permission hadn't been changed. It seems to happen when I click on the sort options link that is usually there.

I'm using version 9.0

Anyone experienced this problem and have a solution?

Hi Andrew,

Can you ask your Totara partner to submit a support ticket? We need to know what browser you're using and if there have been any customisations.

Thanks George I'll get onto that.

I discovered that using the sort course options under the category list actually triggered the arrows and sorting link to re-appear on the course.
