Hi

I was just wondering if anyone else has an issue with users replying directly to the email copy of system messages and how they try to manage it?

Even though the email says please log in to reply, and we have written on our site and in the user guide, people still seem to do it and trainers are not getting their messages. Even when the From Address was set to no-reply@blah.com it  didn't make a difference.

Anyone have any tips?

Yes it is a bit of an issue for us as well. We got some feedback the hospital staff ignore anything that has noreply@ourlms.ac.nz so the default is our help email - but most days we get people who click reply and we get the email.

Generally this means trying to find out who sent the message to pass it on which does take time.

We ask our course tutors to add in their contact details - email and a phone number - but some people still click 'reply' instead.

Ideally the message would contain the senders name and contact email.
