Can anyone offer any advice?
If assignment to programs/certifications is done via audience and then you want to remove an individual from the program/certification - what is the best way to do this? Especially if you want to keep them assigned to other programs/certifications that this audience is assigned to.

We have slightly different scenario in relation to assignment removal, which we are not sure how to overcome and I hope you may be able to help. The assignment for the program is via organisations and we need to remove one learner from the program, but without removing this individual from the organisation. Do you happen to know how this can be achieved, please? Any help is much appreciated.

1. the dynamic audience of who SHOULD be on the program/cert
2. a set audience of who SHOULD NOT be on the program/cert
3. a dynamic audience with 2 rules: a) IS in audience 1 AND b)is NOT in audience 2. - This is the one to assign the learning to.
Then just add people to audience 2 if you want to exclude them.
The beauty of this is if you have a lot of people to exclude, you can upload via CSV and you never have to edit the rules. This is useful if you have an admin team who are not familiar with audience rules.

Thank you for your reply.
The customer is using 2.9 version. There is no need to remove user from the program anymore as she has left organisation, but I will definitely use your advice for similar issues I may have in the future.
