Quarterly certification

Hi all,

We have a online training course that colleagues need to complete each quarter, we’re having trouble trying to get the dates correct. We’re looking to assign it on;

1st March, have it available for 1 month then close, opening again on the 1st June for 1 month, then 1st September for 1 month, and finally 1st December for 1 month. 

Any help to figure this out is greatly appreciated,

Hi just to say i have asked this before, but it doesnt seem to have worked, it failed to recertify on the 1st march as intended. 

Any help is very appreciated.

Hi Kath.

You probably want to use a certification with the "Use fixed expiry date" option. And your users need to have a fixed due date when they are first assigned. Read the help popups on the Recertification tab for more info.
