Hi,

I wonder if this is the way it works in Totara 11 that the session bokning cofirmation sends as a calender bokning as default or is it a setting I can change.


My client wants that the calender boking send as an attachemnt (iCal file), and user have a choice to add on the calender or not. As it worked in older version.


I hope I am clear with my quesion.

Hi Maryam,

I had a look at the help docs: The iCal information will be included inline in the email body so the user can accept/decline the invitation from their browser rather than having to download an attached file.

Please put in a feature request to have a different workflow considered.
