When logging in as a Manager of employees.   Click on 'All Appraisals'  and then 'As Manager'

How is this list of appraisals sorted? Is it by appraisal template ?  Newest template ?   Is there any way of changing the way this list is sorted?  Is it a report builder report that can be modified?   It doesn't appear to be sorting by employee name at all?
