Hi David,

Totara HR import syncs around the ID number, but the User Upload functionality (under Users>accounts) doesnt.

There's some guidance here.

You can create an upload file by exporting a CSV User source-based report with the following columns:

• User's Email (ignoring user display setting)
  
• Username
  
• User ID Number (this is the old userid number)
  
• User First Name
  
• User Last Name
  

You need to change the headers to:

• email
  
• username
  
• idnumber (this is the new userid number)
  
• firstname
  
• lastname
  

Navigate to Site admin>users>accounts>upload users and drop your new, edited, file in.
