Hi,

I tried installing the Moodle plugin "data privacy" (https://moodle.org/plugins/pluginversions.php?plugin=tool_dataprivacy) but it seems that Totara 11 is using Moodle 3.2 still and so it fails on the install page and doesn't let me go any further.

So just wanted what alternatives there are, or if Totara has something built in that I can't find?

If someone comes to us and says "can you give me my data?" then how do I go about doing that? Or is there an option so a user can export their own data without any action on the site admins part? Same with data erasure requests, if they ask us to delete their data, how does the site admin go about doing that, is it just a case of deleting the actual user account?
