As far as I can tell from searching - AD uses a different time format This value represents the number of 100-nanosecond intervals since January 1, 1601 (UTC) whereas Totara uses Unix timestamp defined as the number of seconds that have elapsed since, Thursday, 1 January 1970

There is probably a way to convert these but without that the dates won't make sense.
