Hi Dave

I checked the audience rules for is NOT empty  in the latest version and there isn't one.

A way around this is to create an audience with the rule "is empty" and then create another audience with the rule Is NOT in Audience and choose the "is empty" audience.

Hi Craig,


we have the need to search fields that are "not empty" at some Totara Customes.

Some want to search for users where "email" is not empty, some for users where "Department" is not empty and some where custom profile field "XYZ" is not empty.

is there any chance to get this feature wthin one of the Totara 11.x releases.
